Chris Brown: I'm Allowed to Go Near Rihanna Now!!!

Award shows just got a little less awkward for Chris Brown and Rihanna ... because a judge just lifted the restraining order prohibiting him from going near her.

Brown appeared in court moments ago in downtown L.A., where a judge replaced Rihanna's restraining order with a level one order -- meaning Chris and Rihanna can have contact as long as he does not harass, annoy, or molest her.

Rihanna was not in court -- but her attorney Donald Etra was ... and told the judge RiRi has no objection to the new order.

Charlie Sheen KISSES New Mystery Babe

Charlie Sheen planted a big fat kiss on the mouth of a young hot blonde chick yesterday -- the kind of kiss that says, "I'm involved in a relationship with this person."

Sheen was at an office building in Calabasas, CA -- when the photog asked, "How ya been man?" Charlie kissed the babe ... and then responded, "Winning."

After taking some photos with fans, Charlie locked hands with the mystery lady and walked her to his $300,000 Maybach ... before the two drove off.

The PDA went down just hours before Charlie appeared on TMZ Live ... where he revealed he's got TWO "goddesses" in his life ... though we've yet to see what lucky lady #2 looks like.

Charlie hinted ... we'll find out soon enough.

Miley Cyrus: Dance Class Darling

Keeping up on her stage-stepping abilities, Miley Cyrus was spotted out for a dance class in Los Angeles, California on Monday afternoon (February 21).

The "Last Song" actress had her hands full with sneakers, paperwork, a bottled water and her cell phone while dressed in blue shorts and a t-shirt for the week-beginning footwork lessons.

Over the weekend, Miss Cyrus was busy grabbing up an honor for her charitable efforts - as she was presented with the first-ever Global Action Youth Leadership Award on Friday night.

Being presented the accolade by Hilary Duff, Miley told the audience, "I got to tell you that I never thought I would get an award from Hilary Duff. This is like a dream come true to me. She inspired me."

She added, "I want kids to do something they love. Not something that seems like a chore because someone tells them that?s the right thing to do or what their parents want or what?s important to people around them, but what?s in their heart."

Robert Pattinson Lands in Vancouver for "Breaking Dawn"

To the delight of his legions of fans, Robert Pattinson has come out of hiding as he was spotted arriving in Vancouver, Canada on Monday afternoon (February 21).

Looking cool and casual, the Edward Cullen hunk donned a black and red MTV jacket with khaki pants and a sweater as he trekked through the terminal ahead of scheduled "Breaking Dawn" shoots north of the border.

According to a GossipCenter insider, Robert was joined on the flight by co-star girlfriend Kristen Stewart - although she's said to have run away upon seeing paparazzi lining arrivals area.

As previously reported, Pattinson and Stewart's daughter in the two-part finale, Mackenzie Foy, also arrived in town today - looking as if shooting is all set to get into full gear ahead of the first installment's scheduled November 2011 release date.

Ex-USC Star SLAMS Pete Carroll -- 'F**k You!'

Former USC superstar running back LenDale White is PISSED at his former college and NFL coach Pete Carroll ... and this weekend, he sent Pete a 4-letter message via TMZ ... "F*ck you."

White was leaving Voyeur nightclub in Hollywood with former USC teammate Dominique Byrd when we asked about reports that certain NBA players were complaining about a controversial sneaker ... and LenDale replied:

"If it ain't Chauncey Billups or Kobe Bryant ... f*ck 'em. Or if it ain't the Denver Broncos or Chris Johnson ... f*ck 'em. Or D-Byrd ... or the Trojans ... minus Pete Carroll -- f*ck you."

When our camera guy quipped, "You love the Trojans" ... LenDale continued, "Except for Pete Carroll. Minus Pete Carroll I have Trojan love."

FYI -- LenDale's been upset with Carroll ever since Pete cut him from the Seahawks last year.

Birthday Girl Rihanna's NBA All-Star Game Performance

Spending her 23rd birthday tending to center spotlight performing duties, Rihanna offered up a sizzling halftime show during the 2011 NBA All-Star Game at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 20).

The Barbadian beauty took the stage as she kicked things off with a rendition of her career-launching single "Umbrella" before transitioning into her hot new hit "Only Girl In the World".

Also delivering an energetic rendition of "Rude Boy," RiRi was then joined onstage by Canadian rapper Drake for their chart-topping duet "What's My Name?" - during which Drake changed up the lyrics to offer up birthday wishes to Rihanna.

Closing things out to the delight of the packed crowd, Kanye West
emerged for the final song of the evening as he and Rihanna performed "All of the Lights" - which just saw in the release of its music video directed by Hype Williams the previous day.

Once finished up with the show, Rihanna changed into something more comfortable and grabbed up a seat alongside Justin Bieber as the pair watched the Western Conference team beat the Eastern Conference squad by a score of 148-143. Kobe Bryant was named MVP.

Ryan Seacrest & Julianne Hough's Romantic Cabo Getaway

With their romance continuing to blossom, Ryan Seacrest whisked girlfriend Julianne Hough off on a romantic getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico over the President's Day weekend holiday.

The "American Idol" host and his "Dancing with the Stars" lady were spotted on Saturday and Sunday (February 19-20) as they basked in the sunshine at an exclusive resort in the south of the border vacation spot.

Showing off her fit bikini body in a variety of two-piece swimsuits, Miss Hough relaxed in a comfy beach recliner while also taking in the scenic view from a deck-perched telescope.

Meanwhile, Ryan spent part of his Saturday afternoon prepping for upcoming work duties during next weekend's pre-Oscars coverage for E! News as he read through a script entitled "Live From The Red-Carpet".

Prior to making the trip to Cabo, Seacrest tipped his fans and followers off to the Mexican vacation plans, as he tweeted, "What are the rules when a guy takes a girl out of town on a 3-day weekend? King bed? Double beds? 2 rooms?"
